Detailed description: In the year 2024, our company submitted a Grant Application under the call GINOP Plusz-3.2.1-21 - Improving the adaptability and productivity of employees and companies through workforce development, for the further training of employees and the broadening of their professional knowledge, and on 2024-12-03 the application was awarded support. Within the framework of the project, the following soft skills trainings, which are indispensable for our company's activities, were carried out:

  • Situational leadership techniques training, 32 hours
  • Effective cooperation training, 16 hours
  • Effective team cohesion training, 16 hours
  • Practical solutions to communication situations training, 40 hours

Situational leadership techniques: The aim of the training is to familiarise participants with the approach of situational leadership.

Effective cooperation training: The aim of the training is to introduce the factors and methods that characterise well-functioning teams, so that participants can apply the high-level methodological knowledge of successful teams in their workplace teamwork.

Effective team cohesion training: In many cases, people who work together every day know each other only a little. Communication is usually limited to work-related topics, as there is neither time nor patience for one another and the focus is always on the task that needs to be done. As a result, we have few opportunities to get to know each other better - even though, in certain periods, we spend most of our lives at work, that is, together with our colleagues. Moreover, building team cohesion and distributing tasks according to team members' strengths is not a routine matter, so attention must be paid to it in order to create an effective team that works well together.

Practical solutions to communication situations training: The aim of the training is for those interested to acquire the competences enabling them to communicate in a personalised way, to recognise people of different temperaments on the basis of their motivations and behaviours, and to communicate effectively with them.
