Budapest Airport
Renovation of the Terminal 2 baggage handling system, boarding bridge modernisation and check-in expansions. We designed and installed the nearly 2.8 km intralogistics system, with over 300 new system elements.
Teva
Control system replacement and ERP-connected SCADA development at a pharmaceutical plant. Entering the pharmaceutical industry opens a new, fast-growing segment for Navipro.
Magyar Suzuki
Introduction of the new Vitara model in the body shop: mechanical and electrical design, commissioning of 60 FANUC robots and cycle time optimisation, with 13 new welding fixtures and conveyors.
MÁV
34 installed eRDM wheel load measuring units nationwide (developed by evopro Innovation Kft., with 2% accuracy up to 160 km/h). In addition, 17 loading gauge monitoring, 7 flange checking and 5 pantograph monitoring systems installed by us operate on the domestic rail network.
Daimler X EBZ GmbH
BR205 project, electrical design, installation and PLC programming of 18 body-shop lines (470 robots, 48 PLCs)BR238/253, electrical redesign, refit and PLC programming of 12 body-shop lines (weekend retrofit project during ongoing production)
KUKA Robotics
Development of a monitoring and alarm system for climate chambers. Direct cooperation with KUKA, which also covered the Daimler project in Sindelfingen, positions Navipro as a Tier 1 robotics integrator.
Schneider Electric
Building an automatic storage cell for storing and dispensing copper busbars. The cell is built entirely upon Schneider's own control components: PLC, HMI and drive technology (Drives).
Coloplast
Replacement of a foil bending machine and its control system on production lines. In this cooperation we gained substantial experience of work in medical cleanroom environments.
